Our lunch was good, but we were left quite unhappy about the lack of reasonable precautions to make sure that their visitors are protected and remain well enough to visit in the future.I've been here numerous times with my wife and underage son(20) years old now. let's hope there will be disinfectant stands near the buffet soon. Coincidentally, this afternoon we received an email from Hard Rock stating that they were working to address concerns around these issues. He also agreed that their employees should not express controversial positions, argue with patrons and they should strive to be far more appropriate in their responses.

he assured us that our concerns would be forwarded to the management. We talked later with another, more senior supervisor in the 'high limit' area who was most helpful. one would hope that Hard Rock would be interested in doing their part to promote the health of all of their patrons. This attitude was quite disturbing as most guests in the dining area were obviously señor citizens. When we were seated, we spoke with the area supervisor who belittled our concerns and said that she was more concerned about the 'regular flu'. We mentioned this to the cashier, and she pulled a small bottle out from under the counter and offered it to us. We were at the buffet today (3-10-20) and noticed that, in the midst of many Covid 19 concerns, there were no disinfectant dispensers at the entrance to the buffet at lunch. I would come back to visit their restaurants, but that’s it. The restaurants we ate at were all wonderful too. In spite of everything, the staff there are AWESOME, very friendly, and very helpful. I wouldn’t pay money to stay in this hotel. I feel that these issues (with the exception of number 4, maybe that’s just a “rock star” thing) are unacceptable, especially since this place is so new. Don’t understand why they can’t dedicate one floor, especially since most of the clientele smokes here. Zero privacy in the toilet area of the bathroom if you are not staying in your room alone. The thermostat didn’t give us the option to have the vent fan continuously run (to offset the fact that there was no way to open a window). No window that you can open, not even to crack A little to let outside air in.

Stayed at the hotel for the first time and will not stay here again for the following reasons: 1.

Way too tight and takes your money too quickly to have any fun.

Been to Hard Rock twice since they opened.
